This product works well to remove stains in the toilet. For months my kiddo had been dropping his chewable multi vitamin in the toilet in the mornings, without flushing it away, and the porcelain developed a stain where the vitamin sat for hours. Note: always brush your teeth after chewable vitamins or they will stain too! 10 mins of using this pumice tool removed the stain! I'm so glad I was able to do this without having to put my hand in the toilet water. I went slowly as I was worried about the stone coming off the stick and getting lost in the toilet - but it stayed on, and worked well. Though I do think it might have come off if I'd been rushed and banged it around a lot. Instructions weren't very clear, so practice use before putting it in your toilet.

It worked well to remove the calcium build up however it kept falling off the handle. There is no real locking mechanism and even my house cleaner ended up losing a stone deep in the toilet and it ended up getting flush, which made me really worry about damaging my plumbing. So sending back for a refund and will try a better product that actually stays attached to the handle.
