ReactX Rejuven8 vs. Air Zoom Pegasus: Midsole Cloudiness Compared... Shoe buying Edition
We’ve had a chance to put the Nike ReactX Rejuven8 (HV5060-001) through its paces for our midsole cloudiness comparison, and the results are intriguing. From the moment we laced them up, the React foam in the midsole felt uniquely plush—less of a soaking-in cloud and more of a responsive, airy cushion that bounced back with each step. We noticed it offered a smooth platform, though not as soft as the Air Zoom Pegasus’s crashpad, which made us prefer the Rejuven8 for(longer sessions but not for ultra-comfort seekers. The black-and-black aesthetic is sleek and understated, fitting seamlessly into our training rotations. Overall, the Rejuven8 strikes a balance between cushion and stability, but whether it outclouds our Pegasus contenders remains to be seen as we test them against the broader field.
